Vignesh Kattla
Vignesh is a transformation and programme delivery leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale business and technology change across financial services, banking, payments, asset management, aviation and regulated environments.
His experience spans programme leadership, technology transformation, platform and data migration, regulatory change, test assurance, operational readiness, governance and business reporting.
Throughout his career, Vignesh has led complex, multi-stakeholder programmes involving cross-functional business and technology teams, executive sponsors and third-party delivery partners. His leadership style is collaborative and pragmatic, with a strong focus on aligning stakeholders, managing delivery risk and maintaining momentum through complex change.
At DAVNi, Vignesh provides senior-level leadership while remaining actively involved in programme execution and delivery governance — helping clients shape strategy, strengthen delivery controls and move transformation programmes successfully from inception through implementation.
